Using trailer suction hopper dredging (THSD) technology to create a single lane 150m wide by 9km long access channel from the mouth of the harbour in Spanish Bay into the deep water of the South Arm. Approximately 4 million cubic metres of dredge material will be recovered from the seabed for disposal.
